A collation of artworks made from foraged plant matter and earth pigment. These organic pigments are meticulously turned into inks which become the primary material.
By foraging and interacting with the flora/ fauna of a landscape, MacLeod is able to establish a deep connection and understanding of place.
These works are a direct response to the land and seascapes of Kabi Kabi/ Gubbi Gubbi and Jinibara Country, South East Queensland, Australia.
